Podere Campalfi is in the part of Tuscany which falls under the ancient jurisdiction and political center of the city of SIENA.

Siena is only 8 miles away from the farmstead and offers a tremendous amount of variety for eating, culture, history, shopping, a huge street market and more.

The city of Siena has been a center of agricultural production for millennia. There are two main zones of landscape adjacent to the location of Campalfi. One is known as Le Crete which is dominated by cereals production, extending over miles of open rolling hills.

The other area is flatter, producing maize, sunflowers and vegetables as well as cereals, and it is bordered by dense woods of pine, oak and bay treesthat cover the hills behind which Podere Campalfi is hidden.
